This has been my policy since September 8, 1999 when the
site went up and will be my policy when this site goes down.

to this site will never be give out for any reason.
I will never use your information to contact you in any
manner except for the following reasons.

or editing your account or responding to one of your e mails.

There is a problem with you account and I am notifying you
about that problem.
